New sustainable dwellings

The brief requested a scheme that would achieve code four of the “Code for Sustainable Homes”, enabling a large residential to re-generate the Tonbridge Riverside Community with a highly sustainable and efficient building that maximised the site. The revitalising scheme consisted of the construction of 92 residential units of varying sizes with access to a landscaped courtyard, utilising sustainable technologies and materials whilst maximising natural features and incorporating the riverside route through to Medway Wharf.
