A contemporary landscape facilitated scheme with 516 units of serviced apartments on a 4.38 acre land near Kota Laksamana, Melaka. The landscape themed development comprises two 40 and 42-storey tower serviced apartments respectively, with a 15-storey hotel block fronting the development.
