London Borough of Tower Hamlets’ Poplar Business Park listed for mixed-use redevelopment and a detailed planning application was made. The said 1.65ha site is currently occupied by light industrial infrastructures, three 2-storey office, and associated parking lot. The redevelopment that will take place has been designed to urban village scheme with the inclusion of the village’s square at its heart. Involving building of between 3 and 30-storey tall buildings with a new office business centre, light industrial warehousing, 310 residential units, a 90 beds hotel, restaurant floor space and associated parking and landscaping.
